OCD routines
At the moment I struggle with certain ocd before I leave for work I have to get a drink as my throat feels dry so I wash my hands, get a drink, wash my hands until I feel perfection.
Also I have to wash my hands after touching some bird food at work.
On a positive I’ve cut back how many times I come out the shower to clean my backside so the floor is getting less wet but I’m still battling to fix this routine as my bathroom floor was smelling as it got wet.
Hand washing is still my biggest issue. I use one hand soap per day and I use one toilet roll when I go just to urinate. As I have to be extra clean..
Anyone else have these issues?
And another issue I sold my house and I’m moving to a private rent until I buy again so I’m going through two moves. I’m getting my mum to wash all my clothes as I don’t want to use private let washing machine. I’m ocd about all my garden tools and furniture having to go to family people as the new house hasn’t got a garden. I’m worried removals men will damage my stuff too also worried about the cost as it’s costng £100 pounds more. I rather keep the deposit for the ideal house that’s why I’m renting.
