    Hernia

    I have a small hernia above my belly button, diagnosed 6 months ago after an ultra sound.
    my stomach feels tender and I think I probably need to have it repaired. Has anyone had a repair under local anaesthetic.

    Hernia still very tender , have gp appointment in 2 weeks. Feel scared , has anyone just lived with their hernia rather than having an op .
