    hi folks,

i am a 38yr old male and suffer from horrible bouts of shaking when i get anxious some examples are as follows:

1:when i am STANDING and meet a stranger i tremble and loose my breath.
2:when i attend social gatherings weddings, funerals etc i tremble and loose my breath.
3:any form of confrontation and i also suffer from the above.

i could go on and give more examples but would probably take all night.i have been to my gp but i refuse to take any medication for this problem,i have currently ordered the "linden method" programme and would like to get some feed back on anyone who has tried this MIRACLE CURE(oh please god pleeeeeeease!!!!!)

    Hi

Your severe social anxiety means that these are all anxiety provoking situations that do not include any movement and your adrenalin rushes needs movement to use it up.

A regular exercise routine means you will have a better response to clearing these surges when they come and an outlet for excess ones.
