Currently I take : -

Cod Liver Oil
Multi Vitamin
Propnalol

Will it be OK?

Hiya,

I used to take St Johns wort every day for a good couple of years and then realised when I forgot to take them I panicked more thinking OMG im going to be more anxious /have a panic attack.
So in the end I weaned myself off them and realised that they didnt make me feel any different when I was taking them - it was more of a placebo than anything. But then everyones different - If you want to try them go for it

I tried them once Leon.

I read that in Germany GP's actually prescribed them for mild to moderate depression, but for anxiety, I didn't find them much help.

As Cathy says though, we are all different so you never know

Just make sure you read the label as i know they can interact with some medications.

Inositol, inositol, inositol. You won't need any of the other stuff if you take inositol.

im not sure as i dont take meds but i think i read somewhere you cant take st johns with ceertain meds id check it out with pharmacy before you take it

You deffo should not take it if you are on a prescribed ssri..xx
