why does it feel like i cant breathe?

My name is Emily im 15 and now for 2 nearly 3 months on friday it felt like i couldnt breathe at first it was globus i discovered went to the doctor 2 infact and thats what they both said now 2 moths on it doesnt feel like globus it feels just like i cant breathe properly when i went the doctors they checked my lungs fine checked if i had asthma no checked my heart rate fine...im constantly thinking about it and it gets worst at night im scared its something serious my mum said she thinks its anxiety...do you think it is?

If you have been checked it probley is anxiety and is a common symptom of it sometimes things do get worse at night as your mind winds down and you have time to think more and can set off anxiety.
