Bowel and Bladder problems

Hi my name is Isabell im 49 and suffer from very loose stools.It started 7/8 years ago when a mistake happened during,My bowel was punctured resulting in some time spent on a ventalator and with a stoma bag anyway to cut a long story stoma was reversed and part of the colon/bowel was cut away resulting in me being left incontinent.I also have bladder incontinence also,I suffer from severe tummy pain and panic attacks I take them day and night.

Oh Isabell, that all sounds very upsetting, so it was a mistake made during some surgery ? So, is it true IBS you have or actually side effects of the mistakes that were made ?
