Late period second month in a row. Not pregnant. What is it?

I was late for my period last month by 8/9 days. This month im late by a few days already and I used to be so regular. Like clockwork.
I stopped taking the pill after 2 years on it around 11 months ago.
After first coming off it my cycle was reguar like usual but as I said the last month was particularly late & the same with this one now.
Its def not pregnancy as I havent had sex this month.
Are my cycles 40 days long now?!
Any help or advice would be great.

You have described exactly what is happening to me.

I stopped the pill April/May of last year, for 8 months I had periods like clockwork. Then I missed one altogether and now I'm 9 days late.

I don't know if it's my age, I'm 38. If its still to do with coming off the pill. Could be anxiety or it could be how my periods are now without the pill. I was on the pill for nearly 20 years.

I havent missed a month yet.
I'm only 23 so mine isn't menopause related.
    Its so worrying :-(

Have you asked your doctor at all? Have you been under a lot of stress recently or on new medications?

Do you think I should see my doc?

It could just be your body changing, periods do change as you get a little older I would see your doc, but I would think that as long as your still having them and they are the same as ususal that its ok xx
