Smile Going to try to Withdraw again

    Hi everybody

Hope we are all well today. I'm going to try and withdraw again from Mirtz, mainly the weight gain is really getting me down. Otherwise I'm happy with my sleep and mood.

I'm on 15 mg so am going to attempt to come down to 7.5. Can I expect some weight loss on the reduced dose or only when I've withdrawn completely?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Hi Nadhdia
I think unless you change the eating habits, there may not be any change.
I don't know the answer on this, but as is well known, mirt certainly can put an edge on your appetite.
I'm on 30ml along with venlafaxine, but have managed to lose a lot of weight by eating all the fruit and veg stuff and cutting out the baddies.
You may notice a difference though,so good luck with it.

    Hi Nahdia

I am currently on 7.5mg and have been for over a year now...these past 10 weeks I have managed to lose 2 stone so it can be done...I have been following Slimming World.

Good luck with both the reduction and the weight loss.

    Take care
