Hi all,
I posted this booklink a while back and I've been meaning to add it to a thread so anyone can use it.
Basically, this book describes various forms of muscular, nerve and referred pain and how you can use very simple massage techniques with minimal equipment to ease or resolve them. Since we get a lot of this, this could be useful.
This is a free preview book on Google but you can navigate to most of it so don't believe some of the greyed out topics in the search pane. There are later versions and from what I have seen of the one I have got when compared to this version, they are no so different when I looked up a few different areas of pain. The layout seemed the biggest change although I did spot the odd complaint that wasn't mentioned in this version that was in mine. Its better than nothing though and its...FREE!!!
Its very easy to do with your hands or at most a tennis ball and/or wall. You do need to rad how to apply the technique first which will be earlier on in the book but from there it will tell you in each problem description where & how.
The book is structured based on the region of the body and you can find you have multiple possibilities.
I hope it helps some of you.
