Not sure how to explain in, but when I can feel a lot of citalopram in my system my eyes look really strange, almost like the colour of my eyes slightly change. They are not necessarily dilated. Anyone else get this?

Sometimes I get really big pupils, especially in the evening. This is since taking citalopram. Ocassionally my eyes look brighter too. Must be to do with brain chemistry

Thank god, I thought I was imagining it! First time I noticed it it really freaked me out.

I used to get dilated pupils on citalopram I think its quite normal

I've never heard of dilated pupils on cit, I'm intrigued! I'll have to look at my own more closely.
