well about me I use to have severe Panic attacks x 5 yrs, then with meds and day hospital, things got better (I was one step away from being house bound) at the time, I learned to deal with my attacks, things going ok for last 5 yrs. I would drive on long trips etc.
Now we moved to San Diego, Ca from Omaha, NE and the attacks came back, BUT this time I am refusing to let Panic mess up my life again, (i lost 5 yrs) before, so doing allot of research and work to help with my Panic Attacks, Started back on my Xanax, which I had not taken in last5 yrs. and was going to start on zoloft, but decided againest it for now, (note: xanax and zoloft helped me get my life back last time) , so thats me. thanks for reading.
