    Hi Sal,

I have had this symptom before, yes it is a normal for anxiety sufferers.

Sometimes mine would feel tingly, other time's I would say it felt like spiders crawling all over my head and anotheR time it felt like what I call a rush.

Try not to worry Sal, it will go

To put a link in you need to find the post you are thinking of and copy the URL (the website address that is shown in the address bar on the browser) and just paste it into your reply.

Use cntrl c to copy and cntrl v to paste.

    Hope that helps.

Dont do what i did and think that its something really bad , it isnt IT IS anxiety and nothing more. I can laugh at it now as it feels funny and it never bothers me at all now. Dont wory
