Freaking Out - Red spots again - Please Help

Hi,

I posted a few weeks ago that I had been getting more and more red spots on my arms recently.

The look like tiny burst blood vessells and then a lighter red around the outside.

They are really prominent when I am in the shower (the heat must do something I guess)


I am absolutley freaking out - has anyone else heard or seen these before??

I havnt had any treatments - why do you think something is seriously wrong?

Not at all, but I think your gp should have a look, and prescribe some topical cream or something. x a rash is a common symptom of any medication, so bare that in mind if you take anything as well ok x

Heidi I didnt mean to worry you. Surely if you have a rash, it would be sensible to see a doctor? Im convinced its nothing serious ok. All sorts of harmless reasons causes rashes, so instead of worrying, why dont you see your gp and put your mind at rest?

Also adrenaline/anxiety can cause spots/rash

I get red spots all over my chest and collar bone. Ive had blood tests done and theyve come back with nothing. So its just one of those things.
If youre really concerned go to your GP and get his opinion. Im sure its nothing! Mine were

Hi there, if I look closely at my arms I have loads of tiny red spots, they are pin prick size. To be honest they have never bothered me at all!!! Go to a chemist and ask someone there, or visit ur doctor to put ur mind at rest. Dont beat urself up over it hun. It will only make u feel worse
