If I don’t drink enough it’s always dark. Totally normal I’d say

It is quite hard to diagnose so why do you think you specifically have it?

yeah it is always darker in the morning so I would say nothing to worry about. Try and drink more water and see how it goes.

I had woken at 5am with my daughter so had a wee then but it was dark. Then this was around 11am but nothing inbetween 5 and 11.
