I have often wondered if i have lived this life before ,
did anyone watch GMT last year when they all done regression therapy to see if there past life was effecting this life ?

i do sometimes wonder about past lifes, but mostly if i have lived the life im living now. Like, what if i was like this before and never did anything before, so i was given a secon chance to put it right?! or another one i wonder about, what if were just living the same life over and over again, and its totally up to us what we do with it?!

I have also read quite alot about past life regression & find it amazing. I actually have been going to a hypnotherapist & reiki healer who does this. She did take me back once - but to be honest it kind of freaked me out. I don't know if I will do it again. (not the past life part anyway) the reiki & hypno I really like & finding that it is helping.
