Burning Raw Sickly feeling !!

Think i've been silly i had some bacon on toast this afternoon about 1pm cooked in the frying pan & i cooked it till it was black & crispy :mad:
anyway ever since i've ate it i've had a horrible raw tight sickly feeling just below ribs in the center and its still there now & its now 7.30pm .... i think it is just acid but my negative thinking (as am emetophobic ) keeps telling myself i have food posioning :mad:

Not food poisoning - just eaten something greasy and fatty that has upset your stomach that is all!

its just making me so anxious / panic just burning my stomach :( i havent had my acid tabs either for a while :weep: and then ate that bacon today,,,,, ive done good as well for a while now until today x

It will be because bacon is fatty and has aggrevated you

How did you cook the bacon? I find lean machines are best to get rid of a lot of the fat.
I've found that whenever I have bacon or other really greasy fatty foods it makes me have heart panic because it just makes my whole body feel sickly and fatty and greasy :sx
