We all want to help you! You have agorophobia right? I know many people who have been saved from this and they can now go outside and travel all the time. I was house bound for a couple of weeks once but I mangaed to set myself little goals each day and soon got back to normal. With the right help from the right people, you will get better bit by bit.
Why do you think you are dying though? You are not dying!

i know how bad it feels. when i leave my home and don't have somebody i know/trust with me i get panic and feel like losing my control and fear of insanity i just become so anxious.

Hi I know how u feel, I spent months in the house and would never go out but back in January I started back at work after 8 months off sick. It does get easier. Have u had any therapy? I had cbt and was set little goals, started of with little things like just walking down the road and than worked up to going to work. If u ever need a chat. Feel free to pm me.
