Hi from an insomniac

Hi I'm OddOneOut,

I'm 30 and female, living in North Essex with my husband. I have pure O, Social anxiety/phobia and depression. Suffering quite badly at the moment, trying to take one day at a time. I'm generally quite boring and find it pretty hard to make friends and sustain relationships with people.

Not sure what else to say, even posting this makes me quite paranoid and anxious.
