Hi everyone, have been having a read through the forum for a bit and thought I'd finally get myself registered so I can get some friendly advice and also offer any help that i could from past experience.
I've suffered on and off with panick attacks and anxiety fir the last 4 years, during which at one point I became agoraphobic and was terrified something was going to happen if I left, all stemming from what doctors etc were adamant that I was just experiences strong palpitations. Perseverance has since proved them wrong but not helped me much ha ha. Anyway I'll not go into too much but thought id say hello and look forward to speaking to you all at some point.
