I'm terrified i have an artial fribulation!, i had an ECG a few weeks ago, but it wasnt for the whole 12 minutes, literally der for two, before the nurse said i could go?

yea, its just terrible. Doubt just takes over everything, doubt, pessimism, I catastrophize every second thought. :(, I feel like I should know better but that doubt never goes. its always there. I'm going to have to try cbt again,
