Hi everyone,

I know the title sounds really strange but I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced this?

If I take a deep breath but hold it and have my mouth open I can hear my heart ticking out my mouth, kind of sounds like panting?

I'm not sure how I noticed this but not sure if it's normal?

Does anyone else get this if they hold theyr breath?

Thanks xx

You already posted on this topic and got an answer. You should just bump the other thread if you don't feel you have a reasonable solution; it doesn't need a new thread.
The doctor said you are fine, so you are fine. This happens when you hold your breath or if your ears or sinuses are a bit blocked. Its normal and isn't a sign of something bad.
If you feel your doctor is getting annoyed, change doctor as they can occasionally "get used" to you.
Maybe you have a cold, that could do it.
