Stopped taking my meds a few months ago, feel crap again

Has anyone done this before? I went away travelling and I didnt take them while I was away and its been 4 months now and I've just started feeling low again and I have to see my doc in a month who is gonna be mad but they make me so sleepy, anyone got any advice??

I wouldnt worry how your gp feels its how you feel thats more important. Good for you to have been able to go travelling. You know whether you need the meds or not. Explain how sleepy they make you feel and see what gp suggests. :)
