Sinking, spinning feeling

I keep getting this feeling which i only really used to get in bed rarely. It feels like I'm on a spinny ride, my head and body goes heavy, I'm sinking, spinning, need to shake it off only these days it's happening alll day and makes me extremely panicky, dizzy, hot, my heart races, chest feels tight.

Like somebody is pushing down on me.
Feels like I might die

Yep, I get that too.

Its horrible, I hate it.

I am quite lucky that I dont get it that frequent, maybe the tabs Im taking that help with that.

Its the "out of control" feeling, which gets me.

Are you taking any meds to help, or is there a way you can try and relax.
