trouble talking

Yesterday I was at my doctors and found it really difficult to express how I was feeling, I had taken a note for him too but he wanted me to verbally explain things as well and I felt almost like I didnt know how to describe my feelings and he prompted me saying "Im not really getting alot from you" and it was if somehow Id become a bit mute.... the doctor said come on I know you can talk youve done it before, in the end I did manage to say a few things and he told me well done. I was just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced this at all?

I to find it hard to express my feelings, I find I can really express how I feel by writing things down. When I had therapy I use to write my feelings down and even than I would find it hard to read it out. If u ever need a chat feel free to pm me.

Yes I agree its a very difficult thing and often I end up in tears through frustration of not being able to explain clearly. OK thank you :bighug1:
