stomach pain

Hi guys,, if any one can help me. The last couple of weeks everyime I bend over or go to get up or sit funny I get sharp stabbing pain on right side of my belly inline with my belly button. Bout inch away,, today its really bn painfull like summit coming outtamy belly,, im worride ,, I dont have belly ache,, doc thinks it could be constipation ,, how ? Wot is it,, im worride

I get something like that. Mine feels quiet tight like if i moved it would burst open. Never worried about it though. Im sure its normal. Either constipation, belly ache or a pulled muscle. Constipation can actually causes headaches. Strange but true.
