Site is pretty easy to use really. Its kind of like fb. You have your profile, you can private message, there is a chat room and and you can post threads voicing any concerns. The first thing may be to have a look at the info to the left of you. It explains alot of things about anxities and the symptoms.

I say play around with the site, that way you will get familiar and find the help and support you need x x x
