Hi H

Did you place your order for THE BOOK, it really does help to explain they symptoms that you are feeling.

It maybe wont make you feel better in the short term but I have found it incredibly comforting to know that the "weird" feelings that I experience are in fact totally "normal".

Hope that you feel better soon.

Do you do any exercise - that is good for tiredness

Yup..the gym is great for promoting energy..anything that gets ur heart pumping! You really have to find the motivation but once ur there its fine. some days too..i feel so tired..but when I am busy workibg or socialising I dont even think about it. Keep your body and mind stimulated, eat well..lots of water and you will feel the difference. Hope you feel better soin!

What EvaS said about a little bit of exercise can wake you up (maybe green tea). Also just a me thing, I find i find it easier to do stuff if I have something to look forward to later. like a 'reward'....if I know i'm not going to be doing anything sometimes it's hard to get started.
