As the title says i should know better.
Just laterly i have been getting pain in my lower jaw,Chest pain & shoulder (only mild), I have gone through this what seems like 100s of times.
But also it seems like my arms feel like they a ever so dull/slight numb like they dont belong to me and i seem to look at something and feel like i have drifted into a dream (mirage) and have to like shake my head out of it to get my wits about me.
I know the chest and shoulder stuff is most like my muscle tensing up giving me pain but my jaw.
And the rest anyone else.
And one thing i dont understand at this moment in time i dont even feel all that stressed when this happens.
Just to add i suffer from costochondritis , Gerd , and BFS muscle twitching and TMJ (i think have had a gum sheild made up)
