am i ok to double dose today??

hi,
well ive been taking the cit first thing in the morning hoping it would make my mornings more bearable. they seem to make me a little bit tired, not much though, they certainly dont perk me up!!!!!

however this is not working so i want to start taking them at night, tonight preferably just before i go to sleep, say midnight.

am i ok to take one tonight before bed as i took one at 9am??
then if i take one tonight i wont have another untill midnight tomorrow in 24hrs.
what do you think??

Its only about 9 hours earlier than normal, I've accidentally taken 2 tablets on the same day before, and it didnt cause any probs

It's not really advised to double dose.

You should be ok, Ive accidently done it twice with no problems at all.
