Anybody had these symptoms? Will feelings ever go away?

When I breathe heavy occasionally like twice today it triggered a chest pain when I sighed. I do have a dose of the cold at the moment.

Sometimes I feel like my feet are not on the ground. Also my eyes can feel like they are shutting alot, also getting ingrown eye lashes not sure if that's not helping?

I never feel well these days always tried, spaced out worried, scared to go places some good days some bad been this way for a year or more now will it ever go away? :blush:

M y brother in law had chest pain for weeks when he breathed heavily or sneezed. Diagnosed as slight strain in muscle...coughing is bad too. Anxiety of course makes it so much more noticable and I am sorry you are going through a tough time...it will get better and I do not know if you are on any meds, but sometimes a short course can work wonders if things get too difficult for you. Wishing you well....
