For those who don't want to go on medication give it a try. You can pick it up at most health stores.

I have been taking it for a week and i have seen a slight improvement. I'm not sure whether that is a placebo affect or not but it can't hurt to try.

Im glad youve seen an improvement! :)
I advocate natural remedies, but its worth mentioning, that if anyone starts taking these, you must inform your GP, especially as it can interact with any other meds you take. Natural, or man-made, they all have an effect on the body.
