Don't really know what to say apart from the basics I'm a 30 year old female been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety.currently in therapy off to the consultant to sort my meds out been on every anti depressant possible I think... Taking beta blockers at the mo and therapist wants me on pregabalin...15 years of depression,self harm and anxiety would love to get to know people with the same sort of problems. I have 3 young daughters who are my life so other mums would be great to talk too.
