Hey everybody!
It's been MONTHS since I've been able to use this website!
I haven't had any computer access :( But I'm finally back on the net!
I haven't been doing so well, I was in hospital a few weeks ago due to a large overdose which almost killed me. Bad move! My agoraphobia has been awful since then but I'm really trying to take steps forward to try to get myself back on track!
Just a reminder, I suffer from GAD, OCD, Panic disorder and agoraphobia.
I was on Propranolol and 60mg Citalopram but on Wednesday they swapped my Citalopram with Venlafaxine, FINGERS CROSSED that it will do a better job as I found the Citalopram really wasn't helping!!!!
This year I have finally come out as being transgender which was a really tough step for me! I have told my doctor and therapist and they are going to refer me to the gender identity clinic so I can begin my transition (Female to male). It's going to take years but it will be worth it and I'll finally be happy looking in the mirror and seeing the person I've always seen in myself!
Anyway, I'll stop typing my life story now lol!
It's good to be back and I hope everybody is doing well!
