coughing up lumpy brown

Last few days ive had a bad cold,i just wanted to know if any one else coughs up lumpy sticky yellow brown lumps ?

It's just phlem hun and completely natural if you have a cold.

Yes its normal ..If it goes green then you have chest infection .Get some OLBAS oil ..Will help to break it down .Better than anything else and you just put few drops on tissue and breathe it in ...Hope it clears up soon Sue x

Yes it's normal, I've had a virus this week & have had the same thing ( I smoke & I know that's not helping but I felt fed up lol)- mine's better than at the beginning of the week, it's horrible but it's normal!
