Im at a concert waiting for it to start and the anxiety is starting :0( its a standing one and I'm scared I collapse :0( x

Hi Linda, first of all your not going to collapse, just try to remember and say to yourself it's just the anxiety trying to scare me, but don't let it, take some deep breaths and relax your shoulders, you are going to be fine. Enjoy the concert.
