Are you a very fussy eater?

Are there lots of things you refuse to eat?

Do you have special rituals for preparing or eating food?

Do your food phobias get in the way of your life?

Does this sound like someone you know?

Leopard Films are making a documentary series about people who are extreme fussy eaters. If you’ve got a very limited diet or if you’re phobic about certain foods, then we’d love to talk to you in confidence. We’re interested in featuring people from the UK of all ages and sizes.

I dont but I have heard its a fairly common 'phobia' among those who struggle with panic attacks and anxiety.
The 'reason' is often because at the first clear signs of anxiety and panic attacks - the person often does not know what is happening and its 'natural' to attribute queasy stomach, feeling faint or dizzy and other symptoms to "Something I ate didnt agree with me"
Or even
"There must have been something in that dish?"

Unfortunately, we then begin to obsess on that 'scary thought' and become more afraid and 'convinced' that it was the food we ate.

In my case, it turns out I really will get a severe headache from eating certain flavours of Crisps or Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Im assuming its preservatives.
Wow..its a painful long all-day headache too heh.
