Hey people, nice to meet you.

I've came across No More Panic looking for some help for my girlfriend.

She suffers with depression and panic attacks and I'm always looking for advice and assistance on the best way to deal with any bad days she is having.

She's just finished withdrawal from Citalopram and would love some advice on how to be the best I can be for us.
