leg pains

hi guys well im full of symptoms galore this time its my legs im gettin crampy pullin feelins in my calfs and legs can anx make them feel twicty or have pulling pains there not agonising but annoying more than anything and achey to i have done a bit of walkin over last 3 days walkin around shops for about 3 hrs each day but today muscles feel like there pullin and twitchy
