worst nights sleep ever

I woke around 3am startled. i was sweating, couldnt breathe and was shaking. I was having a dream ... my mum had told me that my nan, dad and unlce all had died and had been poisoined by food they had ate while out at a restraunt. Thats a basic description of what had happened. I then didnt sleep at all after that. maybe the odd 30 mins here and there. I was releived when i heard my dads voice this morning for some reason. It felt really real at the time- I dont know how i will cope if they die before me. I am petrified of death (hence the HA) .

This is a common symptom of anxiety, nightmares..

I used to have these ALOT believe me they were so bad, no i just wake up with sweats and a racing heart without the nightmares. Its okay its just anxiety xx

I've had nightmares like this about someone I love dying and they do feel very real, but they are just nightmares..... Hope your feeling better now hunni x

i have those dreams alot do you take any meds for anixety? x
