aching muscles/slipping backwards again!

the muscles in my arms seem to be aching. i had this a couple of weeks ago then it went away. started up again today.

i have had really tense neck and shoulder muscles so dont know if this has something to do with?

not too worried about it but i have been feeling less anxious recently so cant understand why im still getting this trying to not think about too much as ive been making some steady progress dont want to end up back at square 1

That sounds like you have a bit of tension I get that hot bath may help

If your neck and shoulders have been sore this can make your arms ache too, I have the same thing at the minute, I wouldn't worry.... I'm sure you will be fine hunni x

yeah the rational side of me is just saying anxiety but its those other thoughts that just creep in sometimes.
