panic attacks and migraines

is there a link between panic attacks and migraines

i had an attack yesterday and since then ive had a migraine god i feel so drained please tell me this is not a sign of things to come x

Well I had a panic attack on thurs night and almost immediately after I got a migraine which lasted all the next day, so I think its possible.

Not only that but I get panicky when I'm having migraines anyway, I think there is def a link.
