Venlafaxine and beta blockers

Hello all

Does anyone know if there is any issues with taking beta blockers with venlafaxine? I've been taking venlafaxine for 10 days now and my heart feels like it is pounding from time to time. I'm getting married in a few days and wondered if I could take a beta blocker to calm my nerves for the big day. Any ideas anyone?

I took propanalol whilst on Venlafaxine with no problems.......... to be honest, I don't find propanalol a great deal of help with anxiety though.
