why do i feel hot yet my temperature is always fine?

All part of anxiety I'm afraid Loverblesarah! I love the warmer weather, but hate it when it gets too hot as I sweat too much anyway. Other people seem to go round in cardigans and jumpers when I am still in T-shirts or short sleeved shirts. You aren't ill in the sense that your body isn't fighting an infection, so no raised temperature. Your problem is your 'fight or flight' response which is overactive. We are all in the same boat on here Sarah!
