Hi
I know that what you eat can have an effect on your mood/anxiety etc
Now that my eating is improving, it's time for a rethink on my diet. Is anyone able to recommend any books that give advice/recipes for an "anti anxiety diet" pls?
In order to tackle my anx/dep I'm trying to improve my lifestyle (as part of my recovery), wondered if anyone had tried anything similar? X
