Had my psychiatrist assessment. He said he doesn't think I'd qualify for there support because thay have high restrictions and where I'm not in any risk etc I prob wont be able to have there support but I would be given some support prob from the steps to wellbeing team for cbt again. He said he doesn't think my mood swings are bipolar linked. I just have to wait to hear back now and see what thay say X
