I was just wondering if there was any such thing as an anxiety bracelet that can help your condition? if so where can I find them?

Rubber bands are good for pinging on your wrist as it hurts a bit and brings your focus back to the hear and now.

Not sure what an anxiety bracelet is though - sorry.
