Hi all,
This is my first time joining a site like this, so be gentle with me :D lol. I am 34 years old and I do suffer from anxiety quite badly. I was also suffering from depression but since going on citalopram about 12 or so weeks ago I don't seem to anymore :). But the anxiety is still there and does bother me alot.
Anyway I hope to get to know some of you and make friends
