Im just wondering if there is anyone out there that suffers with tension headaches??? Im having quite a lot of them lately (i have a bad one right now). The muscles at the side of my head feel tight like a big ball which makes my face tense and my ears feel funny. The pain is horrible. All my muscles get tense and any light or big movements hurt. The doc has put me on amitriptyline 25mg one tablet a day to try to prevent them but doesnt really seem to be working although at night it helps me sleep. I try rubbing lavender oil on my head which helps a little. Does anyone have any other ideas which can help??? Please xx
