Just joined to check out this site been suffering from anxiety/depression on and off since i was 15 im 24 now and recently its came back with avengence.
I went to the GP to try get counseling the thing that's frustrating me most is it seems to come on randomly normally the same time each day/night iv been sleeping better taking a type of drug like valium(not valium though) that My GP gave me on top of the 3 20mg citropram anti depressents im on.
and thats me basically i allso tend to worrie alot and get mega paranoied.
if anyone wants to talk about anything just msg me.
