Does anyone get spasmodic left arm pain at wrist- really anxious

Hi there Im really anxious I keep getting a spasmodic stabbing pain at the bottom of my left wrist, I can put my finger on it, every 3-4 minutes it will last at about 3 seconds. I have been on the computer a lot today and I am wondering if it is that, but Im also feeling a bit breathless.

Does any1 else get spasmodic cramps in the wrist?

Not in my wrist but in my calfs. I'm thinking uve over done it on the computer today. The breathlessness will b u worrying about it
